To enable local bodies, such as the Parish Council, the Common Lands Charity and the Parish Plan to be as open as possible about their activities.

Not to include names of people or premises other than as a reference.
Not to include a letters or comments page nor to publish any contentious material.
Articles by residents can be included by submission to the News Editor who will decide whether the subject matter is contentious and should be excluded.
